Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, we will usually complete the product in 4-8 business days. In certain cases, we will have a high volume of orders, or a special-order garment, and will need more time. If you pre-ordered a limited run item, production will usually complete within 4-8 business days AFTER the pre-order period has expired.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
You will receive at least 2 emails regarding your order:
- Order Confirmation/Receipt – with details of your order
- Tracking email when tracking information is added to complete your order (if being shipped)
- Order Fulfillment email if you are local to us to let you know your order is ready for pickup/delivery.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
We do not offer refunds for orders – this is because each order is custom printed after you order it. THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION: If you are having your order shipped, and it never arrives (based on tracking showing it as lost in delivery, never showing as-delivered to the address on your order, etc.), please contact us, and you can request a replacement or refund. In these exception cases, we will ask that you file a claim with the shipper (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., depending on method) and send us a copy (scan/photo/email) of the claim so that we can include it with the claim to the shipper from our side.
If there is an issue with your order upon receipt – i.e. wrong color, wrong size, defective item (hole, tears, chips, clearly broken, etc.) – please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. We may ask for pictures of the issue to be sent to us. Replacement or refund will be at our discretion (though we will just usually replace the issue item(s)).
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, color, fit, etc. We provide size charts and other specifications on our products. Please review them when placing an order! As each order is custom-made to specifications of what you ordered, we simply are unable to provide refunds for these types of issues.
Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.
Please verify your name, address, email address, and phone number during checkout (and also in your order confirmation email). If there is an issue with any of them, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to correct the issue. Once your order is produced and shipped, it will be sent to the name/address on the order – there will not be any refunds due to incorrect addresses for shipping.
ORDER RETURNED TO COSMIC BEARD – WHAT DO I DO? If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, etc., we are happy to work with you to re-ship the order to you at your expense. Once we receive it back, we can work with you to determine which shipping method you wish to use and get pricing. We will also confirm your name and address. We will then send you an invoice for the shipping amount, and, once paid, ship the order to you and send an email with tracking.
NOTIFICATION FOR EU CONSUMERS:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore, Cosmic Beard Designs, LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
